- This is valid for entries only in Ahmedabad, Chennai, Guwahati and Lucknow

- The site will need to be verified by Asian Paints processes to meet the set criteria
- The look & appeal, location, visibility from the road, along with the story about the wall; among other things shall be the criteria for selection of wall
- All the entries will be shortlisted and judged basis the criteria in point C by Asian Paints. This decision will be final
- All the entries will be shortlisted and judged by an independent judge. The judge's decision will be final
- During the course - shortlists will be done, for whom a professional photography will be conducted for the site
- Employees of Asian Paints Limited, its group companies, joint ventures, its service providers, agent and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate
- The decision of Asian Paints Limited shall be final and binding with respect to the final selection of the wall and the artwork to be done
- Asian Paints reserves the right at any time, and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this campaign with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control
- The winners must have a permanent account number (pan) card as issued by the government of India. A copy of the same along with a copy of address proof and a photo of the painted wall has to be handed over to the Asian Paints representative at the time of paintings
- All entries become the property of Asian Paints and Asian Paints may use the entrants’ names, addresses and photographs and videos for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes
- Participation in this campaign implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the contest mentioned herein above
- This campaign shall be subject to the prevailing statutory laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this contest shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
